On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area features a panoramic window and provides direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 120 cm in width and 210 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The ground floor also includes a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a cooking island and 4 induction hot plates. On the upper floor, the third bedroom includes a dressing room and is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room with WC and direct access to the terrace. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor is also furnished with 1 french bed measuring 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length, with its own exit to the terrace and access to a shower room with WC.
