«Enjoyed our 1 night stay here in this cute historic hotel right on the plaza. We were greeted by Sheldon, a very nice man at the front desk The rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was pretty small, but that's normal for such an old hotel. There's a step up into the bathroom, which was weird, so you have to remember that in the middle of the night if you get up to go to the bathroom. Great little coffee shop in the front lobby and close to restaurants and shops. ...

«Unhelpful staff are the undoing of this nicely renovated hotel. Comfortable rooms and good food could not make up for apathetic attitudes of desk and wait staff. Although a short walk to historic area, it is on the main highway through town, surrounded by big box stores. Be aware of sneaky up charges for use of wifi and pool! Also no coffeemaker or tea kettle in the rooms.»

«The place seems nice on the surface but it is well overpriced for what it offers. The room did not have some basic items (e.g., a microwave oven, which would have been useful given the lack of places to eat and the likelihood that one would need to reheat some previously purchased food). The restaurant in the hotel is beyond bad (burned and oversalted brussels sprouts, dry and also oversalted sandwiches, etc.). «The carpet in the room is stained and dirty and needs to be cleaned. The Handicap lever at exterior entry to the hotel does not work. It was reported to front desk; they were aware and had not fixed yet. A lobby Handicapped bathroom door does not open easily and sticks. Also reported that to front desk.»
