Strandhoteller i Tangalle

«We stayed here for 3 nights and it was incredible. The room was spacious and we got a room overlooking the sea, which was fantastic. It was clean and cozy, and very quiet and peaceful at night. Rosemary, our front desk host was also lovely. She always had a little chat with us during breakfast each morning. The villa is right in the middle of Tangalle, and we made a few day trips from there, each around an hour or more away. Even so, it felt really nice coming back to Ziba after a day out ...

«Beautiful and serene place, with the best staff. Service was top class.»

«Utrolig hyggelige og serviceminded. Vi fikk tilnog med en egen vert, som vi kunne kontakte nesten når som helst. Alt ordnet seg på beste måte. Tydelig at hotellet har et bra management. »

«Fint hotell nær stranden, men stranden nedenfor er ikke egnet for bading. Stort rom med flott utsikt over havet. Rent. Noe støy fra AC- anlegget. God frokost, men svært varmt i restauranten. »

«This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so ...

«The location of the hotel is great, as it's right by the beach, just a short bridge over the disgusting lagune. The rooms are ok, but not nearly as good as i would expect from a hotel in this price-range. Rooms are big, but feel very cold with the stone floor and walls, and no furniture besides a bed, a closet and a small table (all look quite old). Not a lot of hotels to choose from, so not sure if the alternatives are much better. The major disadvantage of this hotel, is the staff. There's ...

«Hotellet er i mye dårligere stand enn det som vises på bildene. Det er skittent, gammelt og frokosten var altfor dårlig. Ikke verdt pengene eller stjernene de har. »

«Beach was fine , a bit Rough»

«Tranquille »

«Zimmer auf den ersten Blick schön, bei genauerer Betrachtung schäbig. Sehr harte Betten, keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu verdunkeln. Personal aufmerksam und lieb. Standort ok - rechts und links wie ausgestorben mit vielen Ruinen und geschlossenen Bar's & Hotels.»

«Family were beautiful and accommodating The house is great and perfect for a long term stay Shops a restaurants are around a 15 minute walk away but once you start walking you are likely to walk pas a free tuk tuk you can jump in I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and it was perfect Pool is great, house facilities are great. Highly recommend »

«Väldigt fin anläggning. Trevligt bemötande i en fin och lugn omgivning»

«Our stay at Maya Tangalle Manor was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, with elegant décor and a beautiful room that opened onto a private patio. The garden is stunning, filled with magnificent, towering trees and peaceful rice paddies that create a truly serene atmosphere. The food was delicious, and breakfast each morning was a real highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly patient, ...

«The Cabanas was very spacious and nice. There is NO hot water for a shower which is not mentioned in the posting. There is not a separate "sitting area." The cabana is in a beautiful setting but you have to take a Tuk Tuk to town. It is next door to a restaurant. The breakfast is the traditional Sri Lankan Breakfast. Please note that they do not accept credit cards (which is poor) so you have to pay in local currency.»

«Bra och nära till stranden. Frukosten sådär. »

«Værelset var godt. De var dog ved at renovere/lave nye værelser, så det larmede lidt morgen og aften. Restauranten var okay. Dog ikke wifi på værelset.»

«Wasn't very clean especially the bathroom. No where to place anything in the room, had to use floor. Poor lighting in room, only I of 3 lights worked. No toilet roll or soap provided, had to ask for toilet roll. No dustbin in room or bathroom. This is a homestay, not a hotel. Breakfast was good and they attanged a scooter hire for me. Sadly when I went to leave things turned nasty by both the father and son, claiming I needed to pay for the room and breakfast. I booked via Hotels.com a company ...
