«Our family stayed at the Family Selection area. I would recommend this for any family staying at the resort. Our family butler was attentive to our needs and friendly. They sent us a daily updates of activities happening around the resort. The Family Selection restaurant, The Nest, was great as well. Service was amazing! Gosh, I could eat up all the crapes! The family selection pool and beach were fantastic! The staff were kind, thoughtful and attentive. I would definitely recommend a stay here! ...

«Chez Waffle has a pretty back lounge area with view of the water and fish swimming into the inlet. The condition of the rooms is a bit dated. The prices of food on the high side. It is extremely quiet in this gated community. If you want lots to do, you are isolated. I did diviving and day trips every day, so spend little time at the hotel (only evenings). The local busses that run between Playa an d Tulum are excellent. Very cheap! Overall, enjoyed my stay and would do this again. I recommend ...
