The Space:

This entire rental unit is located on the first floor within a gated community in Lutz, offering a calm home base with convenient access to Tampa-area highlights. The layout is designed to accommodate groups while still feeling cozy, making it well suited for families or friends traveling together.



Living spaces

The living area is spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably, with room to unwind, watch TV, or plan the next day’s activities. A dining area and breakfast nook connect seamlessly to the kitchen, making shared meals easy and informal. Just off the living room, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two - a pleasant spot to enjoy fresh air at any time of day.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals during your stay. With ample counter space and a functional layout, it supports everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. Dining areas nearby keep everyone connected while you eat.



Sleeping arrangements

The unit features four bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience for each guest. This setup works especially well for groups who appreciate having personal space at the end of the day.



Laundry & workspace

An in-unit washer and dryer are available, making longer stays more comfortable. A dedicated workspace and WiFi support remote work or trip planning whenever needed.



Community amenities

Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, and outdoor facilities such as a basketball court, grill areas, and walking or biking trails. These shared spaces provide options for both activity and downtime without leaving the community.



Location & access

The gated community includes a security guard, helping you feel at ease throughout your stay. Parking is available in visitor-labeled spaces on a first come, first serve basis, with up to three spots accessible. The location offers short drives to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens, and nearby parks, making it easy to balance outings with time at home.



Pet-friendly and suitable for longer stays, this first-floor unit offers a comfortable, practical setting for enjoying the Florida area at your own pace.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
