The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, and a breakfast nook offers a casual spot for morning coffee. A dedicated dining area lets you share meals together in a relaxed setting.

Conveniently situated in Lutz, the unit is just five minutes from the University of South Florida, eight minutes from MOSI, and eleven minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will appreciate the short drives to Takomah Trail Park (ten minutes) and Lettuce Lake Park (thirteen minutes), offering easy access to outdoor recreation.



Parking & Access

Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, clearly labeled for your convenience. As a guest, you have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and all community amenities, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
