Sleeping arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own comfortable retreat. The queen‑size beds provide ample space for a restful night, and the layout keeps the family together yet offers personal privacy.
Living space
The large living room comfortably seats the whole group, with plush seating that encourages movie nights or relaxed conversation. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a separate dining area make it easy to share meals and plan the day ahead. Direct access to the patio adds an extra layer of indoor‑outdoor flow.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from coffee makers to cookware. The adjacent dining space lets you gather around the table for breakfast, dinner, or a board game, while the nearby washer and dryer keep luggage fresh throughout longer stays.

Conveniently situated in Lutz, the unit is a short drive from several attractions: the University of South Florida is 5 minutes (2.2 mi) away, the Museum of Science & Industry is 8 minutes (4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes (4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park is 10 minutes (5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes (5.9 mi). Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer term stay, the blend of comfort, convenience, and community makes this simply designed paradise feel like home.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
