Ikke verdig å ha 5 stjerner dette hotellet
Når et 5 stjernes hotell reklamerer med at de har parkeringsplass, regner man faktisk med at de har dette ved hotellet, og at man ikke må stå utenfor hotellets område. Det andre jeg reagerte negativt på var badereglene, når badevakten blåste i fløyta si til ei som måtte ta håret i hestehale regner man med at det gjelder alle som har langt hår eller lengre hår, men noe det tydeligvis ikke gjorde. Jeg ble så lei av at badevakten tilsynelatende bare fant opp regler, så jeg spurte om hvor reglene sto, og da sa han med døra. Riktig nok etter å ha lett etter reglene en stund fant jeg en liten plakat som det sto reglene på. Når man klager på en del ting på hotellet forventer man at man skal få noe goder gratis som en unnskyldning, men det kan man se langt etter på dette hotellet. Forventer at et 5 stjernes hotell holder en mye høyere standard på servicen sin. Skuffende.

Was waiting for a 40 minutes to get a sandwich at the lobby, lobby needs an improvement, should have a fresh pastries, juices , ice cream , cakes to serve a hungry guest immediately and not only after noon . Also , no one is thinking about elderly guest and no help to get to the sea for someone with limited walking ability. We had a room for three people. The double bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The third bed (folding sofa) was not prepared and turned out to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. Also, there was no third set in the room (robe, towels, etc.) - I had to ask that everything be prepared for the third person

Property was very nice clean and renovated. There is a nice big pool and spa which very nice not enough chairs around the pool for the number of people. I would not recommend going to this hotel on a Friday night. The hotel was jammed with families with little kids that were running around the hotel, as if it was her living room. Kicking screaming yelling, and the parents did absolutely nothing to discipline or take care of their children. We left the restaurant with a headache, the pool with a headache and the lobby with a headache if you want to go to this property, make sure you go any day of the week except for Friday night.

A great spot!
A gem of a spot. Its quality comfort with a beautiful pool and excellent food. Its setup where you dont have long walks from your room. Parking is a 5 minute walk and so is the Sea but I enjoyed my stay immensely. We had a couple of hiccups but the hotel responded immediately to rectify them which was impressive

The Hotel is top rated 5 star in everything. Service at the Front desk was above average, the front desk agent was very helpful and professional. Kathy from guest presentation helped us above and beyond, the food was excellent, the staff in all the areas was good professional and service was excellent. Like this hotel and definitely will come back
