«Spacious family room with all amenities available.»

«Overall a great place to stay. Oasis in the city definitely comes to mind. The lobby is really stunning, and the breakfast as well as the coffee were top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay.»

«素敵なホテルです»

«Did not get hand towels in the room. The 2nd day they only leave one hand towel. Very annoying. Pillows are very thick, and uncomfortable. Gave us better ones, but the cover looked old and dirty. Also a train that goes passed the hotel frequently, also at night and always honks loudly. But overall the hotel is clean, nice and good staff. Fridge also took 1 day to get cold, in one room, and never got cold in the other.»

Ok ...

«I stayed in one of the larger suits, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, mini bar stocked daily, breakfast was PLENTIFUL & then some. The pool I never did enjoy, I was far too busy during my stay to get a chance to enjoy the pool. The staff were SO kind and attentive, couldn’t be better. The spa was very impressive, highly recommend their on site spa. All in all I loved my stay so much & would HIGHLY this accommodation.»

«+ super vriendelijk personeel + schone ruime kamers + uitgebreid ontbijt + prima locatie, t.o. een mall + Tunjungan plaza op loopafstand»

«Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights while wrapping up our holiday in Indonesia with some Surabaya sightseeing. The hotel was clean, quiet and very nice. Very good breakfast buffet with chocolate milk, and your omelette and pancakes made to order :) At second floor there was a gym and an outside swimming pool with a pool bar. Very nice! The room where clean, it had an adequate bathroom and a very good bed. I got sick the night I arrived at the hotel and spent much of my time at this ...

«The first room I got is in the smoking floor. It sad to think that I need to ask for non smoking areas when booking the room instead of making it a standard. The room lighting is dimmer than expected. The front desks very friendly, however as I have late check in they could not rectify it immediately, and I need to wait for the next day to get in to different room. The next room is very pleasant with city view however the cleanliness need to be more thorough as I can see dust in some part of ...

«This hotel is a great place to stay, offering excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!»

«Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again.»
