Welcome to ROLAND RIDGE CABIN!
A wonderful little Log Cabin nestled in the North Georgia Mountains. Looking for a small little cabin in the woods for a peaceful getaway? Look no further! Roland Ridge is a true log cabin with a modern kitchen and bath addition on back. Located about 1 mile off of a paved road on a gravel drive. 4X4 RECOMMENDED for this cabin! Cabin and grounds are amazing and so worth the trip! This 1 bedroom (LOFT) 1 bath cabin will make you feel right at home. The main part of the cabin is true logs from a old homestead, sandstone steps that came from the homesteads fireplace and actual Amish barn wood ceilings and floors! The huge Fireplace is made of bricks from a 1920's cotton mill and much more details through out the cabin.
Roland Ridge is a cabin built for 2. ( Sorry at this time we do not allow pets)

We do have satellite TV but we do NOT have WIFI here. SO UNPLUG AND UNWIND!!!

This amazing cabin is perfect for a weekend adventure! Whatever the adventure, you will be glad you found our cabin and will look forward to returning soon. Get ready to experience the majesty of North Georgia at this luxurious little cabin in the woods.
Whether you come to relax in the Hot tub or take in the town with its many shops, boutiques and restaurants, this is the most wonderful little remote cabin!

Must be 25 years old to Rent! NO EXCEPTIONS

Deposits will be forfeited for anyone booking under the age of 25 or with bringing pets.

Sorry but NO House parties!!!! You will be asked to leave with NO Refunds given.

**We are located on a dirt road** Please see pictures. Cabin is about 1 miles off a paved roadway.

4 Wheel Drive may and probably will be needed at times. (based on weather)

** Verizon and ATT Cellular Service at Cabin*** (all others do not that I know of)

No refunds will be given for storms, inclement weather, power/utility outages caused by storms, downed trees or weather, or travel difficulty.

Secluded but still only 30 minutes to 1 hour from:

Jasper, (Pickens County) GA: host to MARBLE FESTIVAL ( 30/40 minutes)- 1st weekend of October and also many shops and boutiques.

Ellijay (Gilmer County) GA, the Apple Capital of GA. Ellijay also hosts the APPLE FESTIVAL each October (2 weekends) ( 1 HOUR DRIVE) and many apple houses to pick your own apples!

A little farther you have:

Amicalola Falls - Blue Ridge, GA - Dawsonville, GA - Dahlonega, GA - Calhoun, GA.

Each have their own attractions to see or do.

Antique shops, local Boutiques, fabulous Restaurants and Wineries all around!!

Tons of thought was put into decorating the cabin. So many little touches that would catch your eye. Hot tub was so nice. We had a concern with the temperature of the water, messaged the information of what we were experiencing. Prompt responses back to us, and on a Saturday of the Labor Day weekend, there was another hot tub delivered and installed. We were up and running for that evening. It was a good getaway.

Beautiful area, nice little cabin with all that you need to disconnect for a few days. You will need a 4x4 or AWD vehicle with at least a little clearance to reach this property with ease. Loved the tranquility during the day and the sounds of the woods at night.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away. No Children and no WiFi....It was exactly what we needed! We loved the location! So remote but still close enough to town if you wanted some civilization. The cabin was clean and not only did we appreciate the attention to detail with all of the light fixtures but the artwork, deer heads and massive working fireplace were all just icing on the cake. The mattress was very comfortable and the hot tub in the evening was amazing. Loved the quaint front porch ( spent a lot of time out there) and enjoyed the cozy couch for 2 after a competitive game of battle ship :) Really appreciated the quick response from the host when we had questions. Overall very pleased with our choice of this cabin. We can't wait to get back to this little piece of heaven in the woods. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Secluded Getaway

This is not your typical mountain getaway with amazing mountain range views and picturesque blue haze in the distance. This is also not your super modern cabin with all the latest and greatest high end finishes. However, this cabin is Industrial Mountain Elegance that takes you back in time for a moment while enjoying today’s conveniences, minus WiFi. It is exactly as it is described in the listing, secluded, nestled on a mountain hillside surrounded by the Georgia hardwoods and wildlife. This is a cabin rich in history, architecture, creativity, and detail, meant for connection. Unplug, unwind, reconnect with yourself, your purpose, your partner, and shut out the noise of everyday life. We opted not to leave the cabin during our stay. It was so peaceful and provided every comfort we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the porch, watched birds and wild turkey. Every light fixture, brick, and piece of decor is a conversation piece. The construction of the home is amazing to think about, and the homeowners took great consideration with dressing up this old wooden cabin with beautiful light fixtures and fun decor to give it life again. Such a beautiful, beautiful home. If you cannot navigate narrow, steep steps, this isn’t the cabin for you. Steps are simply a gorgeous spiral construction leading to the only bedroom. We highly recommend this precious little spot! A must-see on its very own!

The cabin is beautiful. Nice and isolated from everything. Would like to have hand towels available. The description of the road needs to be better. Also, directions on the last road, i.e. signs, to the cabin would be helpful.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed this property so much! My husband and I stayed the weekend! It was a great atmosphere and cozy! We didn’t even leave the cabin! The owners were great and very responsive. They even added local Channels for us to be able to watch football! Can’t wait to stay here again, and make this our yearly cabin rental for us!

Rustic Cabin

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is so Beautiful!! Its alittle off the beaten path but so worth it. Pictures of this cabin actually inspired us to travel to Georgia from Virginia and so glad we did!! This was the perfect romantic cabin for my husband and I to spend our Anniversary/Fall trip. We absolutely loved all the old vintage touches with the mix of new and very clean. Highly recommended. Thanks for sharing this Beautiful cabin!!
