«This location is perfect if you are looking for peace, quiet, and comfort. Just pulling out of the drive one morning we saw four big bucks and a turkey. Nightime is lit up by the fireflies. «Lovely cabin. Centrally located to a lot of great N. Georgia places to visit. Cabin is spacious and well decorated. Kitchen is limited on dishes. Has basic cookware.Beds are comfy. They even provided all soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags and enough towels for everyone for the whole week.The drawback and why I did a 4-star is the driveway. «Very nice home and bigger than we expected. Great location just a few minutes from the golf course, fitness center, tennis/pickleball facility, and clubhouse. Home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so very little traffic. Our pups loved the fenced in back yard. There are also miles of hiking trails of various difficulty ratings and at least 3 dog parks. We spent a week in Big Canoe and still didn't get to do everything we wanted there, and in the neighboring towns of Dahlonega, Ellijay, ...

«the road to approach is dirt/gravel so be aware. cute little cosy cabin. the outdoor fireplace is the best. everything was super clean and comfy. best stocked kitchen in a while. indoor gas fireplace did not work but host gave a small reimbursement so that was ok. linens were nice and everything was provided. not really a quiet place as there was a local barking dog and a bulldozer and a close neighbor, but, we enjoyed ourselves. »
