«We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note). The hospitality was exceptional and made this one of our favorite travel experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!»

«Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

«Me and my partner missed the shinkansen and the bus that was going to take us to the hotel, so we got even more behind our schedule of our check-in time. We told the staff beforehand and apologized, they were extremely understanding of our situation. When we got there, we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful information of our accomodation and they even gave us some snacks after our long travel. »

«It was great!»

«Utmerket. Store fine og rene rom. Meget komfortabelt. Utmerket service. Maten var dyr. »

«Great spot! You're right next to the train station (Keihan Line) which is perfect if you want to do a spontaneous Osaka Day Trip or get closer to the temples! The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The area has nearby food options (more local and less touristy).»

«I loved how authentic the experience felt and looked, curated by such amazing and sweet souls. »

«Super hyggelig og komfortabelt hotell. Praktisk med gratis minibuss ned i bykjernen»

«The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop.»

«Hotel inc. was the perfect hotel for our family stay in Kyoto. The room was beautiful and the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The park outside was great for the kids to play football in and there are plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. The sauna on the top floor is a gem! We rented bikes at Mori Bicycle shop just around the corner and cycling in Kyoto is the best way to get around. I truly recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.»

«God størrelse på rommet, gode senger og super frokost samt veldig hjelpsomt personale. Veldig god service.»

«We got a much smaller room and there was no place to sit. And it said that it was daily cleaning but we stayed for 9 days and there was no cleaning during our stay. We had to take out the garbage ourself. The beds was very good. And there was no balkony as it was said when we ordred »

«It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful garden patio view. The staff was so very friendly and helpful.»

«Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou.»

«10/10! Very helpful, very nice, very clean»
