«My stay at Hilton Taizhou was unfortunately a disappointing experience that fell short of my expectations for the Hilton brand. Although the hotel itself appears modern and relatively new, and the room was perfectly acceptable, it was the service that let me down the most.
One incident that particularly stands out occurred during a pleasant moment in the bar. I was abruptly interrupted by a staff member from the reception who insolently presented a payment terminal, explaining that there had ...

«When checking in they had problems accepting international credit cards like Mastercard and Visa. The staff at the check-in counter speaks no English.
The same goes for the girl in the restaurant who couldn't explain what dishes on the menu they could actually prepare - apparently the kitchen was closed even if it was just 8pm...
I'd NOT stay at this hotel ever again - it's surely hurting the Wyndham brand!!!»
