«Location and Staff»

«Hotellet var bra, men betjeningen var slappe og ikke så veldig interessert i å gi service. Vi bodde først på Tower 1, hvor det skulle være WIFI på rommet, det er ikke hva jeg kaller WIFI. Vi klagde og fikk da tilbud om å flytte over til Tower 2, hvor de hadde fiber tilkobling:-) På kvelden flyttet vi over, og fikk all bagasjen transportert til rommet:-) Pakket ut å testet WIFI ikke noe WIFI:-( Ringte resepsjonen og fikk til svar at vi kunne bruke naboens WIFI med samme passord, det gjorde ...

«This hotel is great in many ways. Nice big rooms, quiet with a beautiful view. The breakfast is expensive but very good and worth the money if you have the time to enjoy it. Taxi to the convention center take around 30 - 40 minutes or so. A huge shopping mall is close by, 10 minutes by taxi. The Golden beach is nice and clean and only a few steps from the hotel entrance. My trip was a work trip with a touch of vacation. »

«We spent 3 nights here and found many positives, which all started with a friendly reception after our long flight from the UK. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our 3 nights, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our harbour view from the 10th floor. The hotel is in a great location with lots of attractions and transport links close by, including the Star Ferry. «Very close walking distance to Hong Kong station for the airport express and also the central line subway. The personal hot spot Wi-Fi they give you is a huge help for sightseeing. Lobby decorated for Christmas with Harry Potter was awesome.»

«Clean and newly renovated hotel at a good price. High level of service and attention from staff. Not getting top rank due to breakfast aiming too high but not meeting expectations.. Bacon doesnt get crispy when stored under a steam lid - and some of the "cut yourself" sour dough bread must have been there fore several breakfasts - impossible to slice or eat.. The rest of the breakfast was OK, Several Asian hot dishes, Good coffee, juice, standard toast bread etc... All in all good value ...

«Fantastisk hotell, nydelig og rent. Flotte uteområder. Det eneste som trakk ned for meg, var uvitenhet om cøliaki, og mangel på glutenfritt alternativ til frokost, samt at frokosten var veldig dyr.»

«Had some issues before staying, but it got resolved. Was unecessary hard to fix, but still thankful it was done. The service in the hotel was definetely one of the best. Note this only applies when you stay at the hotel! You will almost all the time meet them through main entrance, and they greet you very enthusiastically and helpful!
