The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. «The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. »

«This was a very nice property at a reasonable price. Nice neighborhood, secure enclosed garage. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was well stocked and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Our host, John was very prompt on responding to my questions. «The lake view was great. The condo was on Donner Pass Road with super easy access to Truckee and all the shops and restaurants. The small room upstairs had a very low slanted ceiling - it’s good for kids, but not great for adults. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling from standing up. «For the good:Host is welcoming. Great location for older kids that can ski in/ ski out at the Stagecoach. Had almost everything we needed cooking wise. Lots of hot water and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Lots of parking. Quiet area. Not so great: The dining stools are not safe. One is bent very badly and another is super shaky. The towels are musky. We tried to wash them but the smell is ingrained in the towels. »
