Nearby trails, beaches, and the Lake Forest area remain accessible for scenic walks and quiet exploration, even in the colder months.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Pets are prohibited. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Parking is limited to two reserved spaces, with no street parking allowed. Chains or snow tires are often required in winter conditions. This home is a short-term rental and ski lease, and guests are required to comply with Placer County short-term rental regulations, including enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
