This beautiful newly renovated apartment in Arma di Taggia is located in a quiet area, just 3 minutes drive from the sea and the Riviera dei Fiori cycle path. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a balcony and a terrace where you can dine al fresco. The apartment has Wi-Fi and both private and covered parking (4.07x2.14x2.15m), as well as shared parking.

Entering the apartment we find a hallway that leads us on the right to the double bedroom with balcony, the bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom.

Instead, to the left of the hallway we find the living area with dining table, the kitchen and access to the terrace where it is possible to have lunch.

The private parking is covered for the exclusive use of the guest, as regards the condominium parking, it is not possible for us to guarantee its full availability, as it is usable by all the inhabitants of the building, until exhaustion.

Condominium parking spaces inside the property, but subject to availability, therefore we cannot guarantee their use.
