«The room and location of the room were excellent. The service mediocre. All very ‘your on your own’. They should follow through with their claims of a free glass of wine. I appeared at the location where it was to be served there were no attempts to follow through on their part. Also the bed was like a rock.»

«The lack of any reception felt impersonal and we initially struggled to enter the property as we hadn’t yet purchased an e-SIM and weren’t yet on the WiFi, so the remote virtual check-in wasn’t working. Luckily we were able to use WiFi from the cafe opposite to enter, but this coupled with noisy A/C was not the comfortable first night we had hoped for in Seattle straight off a long flight. There was also a hole in one of the towels which I would not expect from such an establishment.»
