The light-filled living room, featuring a modern sofa and TV, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments. The dining area offers plenty of space for social evenings. From here, you can step out onto the spacious southwest-facing terrace, which is furnished with cozy seating and leads to a beautifully landscaped garden—ideal for enjoying the sun and the fresh sea air.

**MODERN KITCHEN FOR ULTIMATE COMFORT**
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a dishwasher and modern appliances. Here, you can comfortably prepare and enjoy your favorite meals.

The house has three bedrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), a walk-in closet, and a TV, and offers direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom features a cozy double bed (150x200 cm), while the third bedroom offers additional sleeping comfort with a double bed (140x200 cm).

**BATHROOMS AND GUEST TOILET**
The main bathroom is a modern shower room with a toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet, enhance comfort and provide privacy for all guests.
