This exclusive, 6-room vacation home offers approximately 180 m² of spacious living area across two levels, accommodating up to 8 people (max. 7 adults), and is ideal for families or groups who value comfort and privacy. The house is located near the beach in Westerland on Sylt and features a spacious garden and a sunny terrace. Dogs are welcome on the first floor upon request.

**LIVING AND RELAXING**
The bright living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table for 8 people. From here, you have direct access to the furnished south-facing terrace, which leads to the spacious garden—ideal for shared meals and sunny hours outdoors. An additional covered terrace on the east side offers a variety of uses. The cozy fireplace room with a tiled stove provides an oasis of relaxation, and the separate TV room on the upper floor invites you to unwind. A study with a desk and fax machine is also available.

**KITCHEN AND COOKING**
The large, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. It offers you and your family all the comforts you need for self-catering.

**SLEEPING AND RELAXING**
The four stylishly furnished bedrooms offer every guest a comfortable retreat and a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (160x200 cm), a closet, a dresser, and a TV, and features a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is designed to be especially child-friendly: It features two bunk beds (each 100x180 cm), a closet, a small table, and two children’s chairs, and also has its own en suite bathroom. The third bedroom features another double bed (160x200 cm) as well as storage space provided by a wardrobe and a dresser. A fourth, cozy bedroom is furnished with a single bed (90x190 cm) and a small children’s bed (75x140 cm), making the home perfect for families.

**BATHROOMS AND WELLNESS**
The home’s three bathrooms offer modern comfort and stylish amenities: The first bathroom, accessible directly from the master bedroom, features a luxurious full bathroom with a bathtub, a separate walk-in rain shower, two sinks, a toilet, a bidet, a towel warmer, and natural light. The second bathroom, located in the children’s area, is designed as a shower room and features a shower, a toilet, and natural light for a pleasant start to the day. There is also a third bathroom with a shower, toilet, and natural light. This ensures privacy for all guests.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A large entryway with a coat closet and guest restroom in the foyer offers ample storage space. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available, and there is space for up to three cars in front of the house for a stress-free arrival and departure.
