The quietly located Mattis Hüs in Westerland offers you plenty of space—125 m²—for a relaxing vacation. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area equipped with two sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing together. From here, you also have access to the terrace. The terrace is quite small and has European plan for a beach chair, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors. No other patio furniture is available on the terrace. The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering: a ceramic-glass stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided. The dining table in the kitchen offers plenty of space for shared meals and long evenings. A guest restroom is available for your use. A staircase leads to the first floor. Here you’ll find two bathrooms, one of which features a shower, sink, bathtub, and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Also on this level are three bedrooms (bed sizes: 160x200 cm, 140x200 cm, 140x200 cm). Another staircase leads to the attic of the semi-detached vacation home. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms. (Bed sizes: 140x200 cm, 90x200 cm). The Mattis Hüs is also conveniently equipped for longer stays: a washer and dryer are available for your use, as are a clothes rack and an ironing board. A parking space is available at the vacation home.

Pets are allowed upon prior notice and for a fee (10€ per night/per pet).
