The Space:
Inside this inviting 2-bedroom house, the highlight is its private backyard—a perfect heaven for family fun and relaxation. The spacious backyard features is ideal for kids to play, and a private backyard with outdoor seating and BBQ for dining al fresco or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Guest Access:
Free street parking is available just outside the property on the opposite side of the street.
The Neighborhood:
Waverley Park, nestled in Bondi Junction, is a delightful green oasis perfect for relaxation and recreation. This expansive park offers well-maintained lawns, shaded picnic areas, and a variety of sporting facilities, including tennis courts and a children’s playground. The park is ideal for family outings, leisurely strolls, or enjoying a game of soccer. With its open spaces and tranquil atmosphere, Waverley Park provides a refreshing escape from the city’s hustle and bustle, making it a beloved spot for both locals and visitors.
Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.
There is a strict NO smoking policy for this apartment and building.
Guests cannot under any circumstances smoke in my house or in any common areas of the building. If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm.
NO PARTIES,
A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties you can be banned for five years from Airbnb also fines of $550 can be issued. Please NO PARTIES.
Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb’s platform.
During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government's Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the code of conduct, You also agree to:
- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and
- Follow my House Rules.
Please be mindful of air conditioning, turn off when leaving the apartment and only use it when doors are shut.
Please treat the house with respect and leave it as you found it.
Most of all make yourself at home and have an enjoyable stay!
