Not convinced on the performance on this hotel, lack of attendance and quality. I hardly give feedback on hotels but here it is necessary.
A) I asked for a quiet room and was assured by reception I had one. To my strong surprise my room was facing a construction site where they started at 06:30 with bore hammers and breaking rocks. I should have thought of this when entered the Hotel and airplugs on the night table.
B) Worse of all is that the Fire Alarm did not work. It has been sounding I heard from others, it only came some broken up messages that was impossible to understand other than I decided to walk down the stairs from 13th floor.
This happened in the night. When I came out in the street no one understand anything and extremely poor contingency and organizing from the employee....it was NO ONE present!
C) The basin in the bathroom was blocked and water hardly went down
D) The holder from the shower head on the manuual shower was not working and hanging down completely.
Above item C) and D) was definetely observed by the room attendants but nothing happened.
