«No answer at front desk, bugs,no vending,soap despensers broke jacuzzi was disgusting,dirty towels,door too room had huge gap in the door fram and door looked like i could just lean in to it and open it.terrible experience »

«Wasn't aware that there were two separate properties with the same name so we went to the other property across the street and we were very confused when we weren't able to find our room number in the building and there was no staff available to ask. The lighting in the bathroom was HORRIBLE. It was impossible to put on makeup for a wedding I was attending because the lighting was so bad!. Had to waste time shopping for brighter light bulbs to replace the very dark/dim ones above the bathroom ...

«Front desk staff upon check-in was friendly and efficient. The late night staff was short and didn't seen to enjoy their job much. Hotel and room was very clean! There are no coffee makers in the room, which was a bummer »

«The staff was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. However, Breakfast on the weekend was better than the weekday but I would highly recommend and I will definitely come back!»

«We checked in and went up to our room and noticed room was warm. We turned the AC down in the room and went to bed. We got warm through the night and I’d end up opening a window. My Husband went down with the front desk following morning and they ended up telling him that the AC was out. That was not told to us upon check-in. They told us we could open up a window and that would cool the room off. Remind you, we are in downtown Kansas City, where there are sirens, loud noises, etc. The first ...

«The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. »

«Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. «Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad.
