«There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. »

«Breakfast had a good selection, average quality. I wish the bar would have been opened earlier. We were going to a baseball game and would have enjoyed a pregame cocktail. Room was ok, bed was not comfortable. There was only one hook for towels. If you use towel rack provided your towel would touch the ground. »

«I chose the King with balcony and plaza view. The photo on Expedia showed a balcony with a table and two chairs on a walkout balcony. The only reason I chose this hotel was for that. When I entered the room and opened the patio door there was a massive spider web with a large spider in the doorway and no walkout balcony. «The hotel has a good location, being close to the city center made a lot within walking distance in an otherways not so walkable city. The gym was small, but had the necessary equipment for a good workout; treadmills, mats, bench, bands and manuals(weights). The breakfast was good and varied from day to day. I would definitely stay here again!»
