«The staff is fantastic. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The only drawback I had was that my Jag was parked outside for three days of inclement weather. If you’ve got a great car, you might want to request the fee. Keep it in the parking garage for you. »

«We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, renovated, and modern. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed being able to use amenities at the neighboring attached property as well. The location was excellent and was walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and museums. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. »

«Pool was closed with no warning. Halls and rooms smelled like marijuana. One room smelled like cigarettes. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.»

«Very friendly staff and nice rooms! My only complaint was the parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner there wasn't a single parking spot left. I don't understand how they can charge guests for more parking spots than they even have available? We were able to park after a staff member assisted us, but it was along the wall in the parking garage and not a designated parking spot. »

«The pool is great. Front desk guy when arrived was awesome. Just the cleanliness of the room when we arrived was not up to standard still had trash from previous people staying and seemed like noone checked the bathroom for soaps and towels cause everything was out such a a disappointment for the price i payed. Ive stayed at cheaper hotels and had better experiences.»

«The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. »
