«Stayed for one night in Room 8, room was clean, spacious and well equipped looking out onto the garden. Full English breakfast was really good, although tea and coffee were extra cost. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall a great short stay, we will definitely visit again! »

«This is exactly what it is called, a tearoom with rooms, 6 rooms in the back yard. It is charming and nice, and the tearoom had an exelent breakfast, not included, but worth it. One practical thing that was important to us was parking, and it ses ‘free parking’ and that is usually at the hotel premisses. But this is not a hotel, and the free parking was public parking. «Loved that my room was in the main house. My room was small but it faced the garden where I could watch birds and squirls. Missed the hedgehogs. My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. «Practical code check in. Nice with a small kitchen available Carpet needs replacing, it was not clean upon arrival. Could have cleaned better in the bathroom too. Someone downstairs was smoking, which filled the entire stairwell, had to went our room as well. Good location for tourists, as it lies in walking distance of Christ Church.»
