«great stay, enjoyed the home. the pictures make rooms appear to be larger than they are. The driveway definitely looks larger in pictures than in person. We understood the 4 car max but a warning about the steepness of the driveway and the narrowness of the drive is necessary. »

«We enjoyed a cozy Thanksgiving weekend at the cabin. It has a great layout for cooking and relaxing, and the views are gorgeous! We used the wood-burning stove most of the time there.I had read other reviews pointing out that there was a lower level unit and an occasional tenant. I'm very glad I was aware of that because someone came to stay there the last night. I would have been absolutely freaked out if I wasn't aware. Would have appreciated a warning from the owner though. »

«We had a wonderful two-month stay while we looked for our new home in the region. The host is a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The place is exactly as described and very peaceful. We fell in love with Mountain living while there and in fact purchased a similar home. Swannanoa is coming back from Helene and everyone is so friendly. »

«If I could give 6 stars I would. We loved the location. The views from the deck were wonderful. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. And, the couple of times that we asked if they had something that wasn't there, it appeared the next day! The hosts were incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with!»
