«We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬»

«Overall very nice stay. I had a few questions and Ellie responded right away. We also had an issue with the AC and she got it fixed as soon as I notified her. Place was not filthy as others have said. There is no maid service so you are at the mercy of how the previous guests leave it (Im sure some people dont care). For the price you can not beat it.
