Built in rustic elegance in 2009, Villa Ruta & Seseli underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2022. Offering 410 m2 of sophisticated living space, the property spans a total area of 2,213 m2. Villa Ruta can accommodate up to 16 guests, with an optimal capacity of 14, spread across 7 bedrooms.

Villa Ruta, on the ground floor, there is one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm). A bathroom with a shower and curtain is conveniently located next to the room.

The first floor features three spacious bedrooms. Two of these rooms have king-size beds (180x200 cm), while the third bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm) if needed. All bedrooms on this floor have their own en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs.

The living room invites relaxation with two sofas, a coffee table, a television, and armchairs. The spacious dining area includes a table for 8, complemented by a modern kitchen equipped for preparing delicious meals.

Step onto the outdoor terrace, where a 32 m2 pool with a depth of 1.5 meters awaits. Eight sun loungers by the pool offer the perfect spot for sunbathing and unwinding. The terrace also features a charcoal or wood-burning grill and a covered dining table.

Villa Seseli, on the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200 cm) if needed, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own bathroom with a shower curtain and bathtub.

On the upper floor, guests can enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed for two (160x200 cm). A bathroom with a shower and curtain is located outside the room.

The villa includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for family and friends. The dining area, with a table for 8, encourages shared moments together. Enjoy stunning views of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony while sipping your morning coffee on a cozy sofa. Gather in the living room, adorned with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, and armchairs.

Step onto the outdoor terrace and discover a 32 m2 pool with a depth of 1.5 meters. The sunny terrace with 8 loungers is perfect for relaxation. The terrace also includes a charcoal or wood-burning grill, a covered dining table for 8, and a beautifully landscaped garden with lush greenery and vibrant flowers.

The amenities at Villa Seseli include a separate toilet, a washing machine, and an iron. Additional features include an automatic food dispenser and a baby crib. The villa’s enclosed yard offers a worry-free playground for children. Three private parking spaces are provided.

For families with children, high chairs and cribs are available.
