«Water filter in gym was a problem.»

«Biggest complaint is they allowed for people to party from 6pm all the way to 6am. Blasting music. Slamming doors. Yelling. So disturbing for our vacation and we had our young son. They offered an accommodation the next night but we didn’t take it as we weren’t coming back until late. My other complaint is no towels in the pool area the entire trip. Other than that our stay was great! The building was clean. Always someone at the front desk. Easy to navigate through.»

«Place was inviting, staff was very helpful in assisting us with our needs. Perfect location for walking along the waterfront. Just an FYI...I would avoid one of the close by restaurants (mcmenamins). Feel free to try any others. It was a poor choice on my part. I would stay here at the Homewood Suites again.»

«Great breakfast space and good food!»

«Great place to stay if you are looking for something away from the downtown area»

«Business travel. Nice hotel close to my meeting. I would recommend it»

«The hotel is a bit dated. Very friendly staff. But be aware that you are at the homeless and addict hub. All around the hotel. Døthe hotel keeps their doors locked. People lying close by, pleasuring themselves on open street. Especially with children, keep away. Unfortunately, the friendly staff does not help with the overall judgement. And if you are allergic... They use a terrible smelling fluid in the ventilation. The smell is said to be a signature, but the one ordering it should get ...

«For the price it is really good. But the WHOLE place smelled like dog and cigarettes»

«So close to a freeway. Traffic noise didn’t die down until about midnight. The trains on the other side of the freeway didn’t bother me quite as much. It’s obviously under new management and maintenance is still ongoing.»

«The hotel was immaculate and customer service was in place from start to finish. Great location and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.»

«Clean, chic, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice quick shop on the ground floor. Lots of fast elevators, no waiting. Very up-to-date with plenty of outlets and USB ports.»

«Room clean bed comfy great body products and quiet at night! All staff very pleasant and kind»
