Across the road from Surfside Beach, it's a two-minute walk down the boardwalk to the beautiful Cullendulla Reserve and beach. This wonderful gated complex has a fabulous resort-style pool, tennis court, and games room and is completely secure for peace of mind with the kids.

Ideal for families, the unit is well-sized with plenty of light-filled rooms and has everything you need for an easy, stress-free holiday. The townhouse has three good-sized bedrooms with two queen-sized beds, a triple bunk and an additional single bed. A full-size bathroom has a bath upstairs and another combined bathroom/laundry downstairs.

The single garage has been converted into a room for the kids with a foosball table, couch, separate TV and assorted books and games, allowing everyone to have their own space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need, including a full-size fridge/freezer. The barbecue and outdoor furniture provide a great option for relaxing while the weather is good. There are also plenty of board games, books and streaming services on the upstairs and downstairs televisions for those times that you may want to stay in.

The complex also has tennis courts and a games room. Kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available for use at either of the two child-friendly beaches.

A travel cot, change mat and high chair are available for those travelling with young children.

There is dedicated parking for one vehicle and additional parking in the complex shared spaces.

This is a perfect option for couples, families or small groups. No bookings will be taken for parties or schoolies.
