«Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely ...

«All of the above. Really was impressed by the friendly welcoming staff & the ease of staying in a clean & comfortable place. The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. «Very impressed with the communication from Lucia in all respects. The accom description was perfect, and the house was extremely clean! Easy access to downtown and the airport. Off street parking for our rental vehicle was safe and had plenty of availability. We really enjoyed our stay here and will look to do so again should we return to Seattle.»

«Beautiful place, lots and lots of stairs. Waterfront is on a little lagoon that is made by the embankment for the train rt of way. Trains pass by occasionally, I found the sound kind of peaceful, but if you think you will be disturbed, bring ear plugs.There is a gorgeous fire place as the center of the house, but guests are not able to utilize it. The fire space on the beach is small and viney, but we made do. Just don't expect to sit around a fire for a long time.All in all, a very good stay ...
