The Experience

Bedroom 1 Primary King Suite (Ensuite bathroom) A private king bedroom with an attached walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. Ideal for the trip organizer, grandparents, or anyone who's earned their own space.

The Pool Private, fenced, and available with optional heat during shoulder season (March–May, October–November). The tanning ledge is a permanent fixture for anyone who wants to be in the water without actually swimming. Lounge chairs surround it. It's the center of gravity for the second half of every day.

Holden Beach is a quieter, residential barrier island long on shoreline, short on crowds. It doesn't have the commercial strip of the bigger beach towns, and that's exactly the point.

5 min to island shops, ice cream, and beach gear
30 min to Wilmington for a full day of dining, shopping, and attractions
45 min to Myrtle Beach if the group wants a theme park or bigger outing
The home itself sits on a wide stretch of beach with low foot traffic and long sight lines in both directions. If your group is coming to actually be at the beach not just near it this is the right location.

What to Know Before You Book
A rental agreement is required after booking. Your access code and check-in details are released once it's signed, so everything is confirmed and ready before you arrive.
Optional Pool Heat is available during March, April, May, October, and November at $85/day. Request it after booking it's handled through your guest portal so there's nothing left to figure out on arrival.
Summer Check-In: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available during peak summer months. This keeps the home fully prepared and at the standard you're expecting when you walk in.
Minimum Booking Age: 25+. A government-issued ID may be requested to confirm.
Occupancy: Maximum occupancy applies at all times, including daytime visitors. Plan your group size accordingly.

House Rules
No smoking indoors or on any outdoor space, including decks and patios. A $750 remediation fee applies per occurrence.
No pets. This keeps the home clean and allergy-friendly for every guest.
Check-out is 10:00am. A $100 fee applies for every 25 minutes past check-out.
No parties or events. This is a quiet residential beach community excessive noise or gatherings may end your stay early without refund.
Parking in the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted.
Quiet hours after 10:00pm.
Any damaged, broken, or missing items during your stay are your responsibility.
