«We had a great time staying here! Every night we sat on the balcony listening to the waves. The bed was comfortable so we slept very well, and I was especially thankful that there was a fan in the closet because we forgot to bring one!! The only thing I wasn’t expecting was so many stairs (my oversight), but the top floor view was worth it. Would definitely stay here again. »

«I stayed at this condo with my 5 year old daughter. The condo is located on the third floor and there’s no elevator access, which is also stated in the listing, so just consider this if you have a lot of luggage and etc. Check-in was simple, the condo is right across the street and you have a nice little view of the beach from the balcony. The condo itself was clean but there were ants crawling from cracks in the ceiling. Maintenance did stop by but the guy only sealed the cracks instead of ...

«Overall we had a great stay! The only issue we had was my husband has asthma and the room was a little musty (can be expected at the beach) which flared that up for him but there was baking soda in the room which helped. Kevin was awesome and easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all mesaages. We will definitely be coming back had great walking access to the beach, friendly neighbors, and wonderful accomodations. »

«The pros: the furniture seemed high-quality and new. The location on the beach was topnotch: right on the water, near the northernmost point of the Grand Strand. «I guess it was not quite clear entry and what we expected. The condo was clean and a good location. Hot tub is not located near the room. Also the motorcycles were so loud could not sleep. I also suggest a rubber bottom rug in the bathroom so you don't slip and fall. We still had a nice stay. Just confusing entry. We left at 6am and did not know how to let anyone know we left.»
