The Space:
Nestled on the shores of the peaceful and picturesque Maroochydore canal, this waterfront property is a wonderful escape for families and friends alike. With comfortable capacity for up to 11 guests, this home features 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite) and 2 powder rooms, one of which is complete with a walk-in steam shower and large bathtub. Settle into the outdoor oasis where the sun shines on the beautiful grassy backyard and sparkles on the calm waters of the canal. Elevated by a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, the expansive outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining. This outdoor area is complete with an 8-seater dining table, a kitchen and a comfortable alfresco sofa. More seats can be added to this dining table to accommodate extra guests. The outdoor kitchen features a modern barbecue, a double-door bar fridge and a sink.
As you enter the home, you will first be greeted by the light-filled open plan kitchen, dining and living room located on the ground floor of the home. The kitchen is complete with high-quality appliances, a butler's pantry and plenty of space to spread out and cook in comfort. The laundry is also located just off from the kitchen and contains a washer and dryer. The dining table adjacent to the kitchen can seat up to eight people. Spacious and comfortable, the living room is the perfect place to sit down and soak up the sunshine and sea breezes while reading a book.
Two of the 3 bathrooms are located on the ground floor. These bathrooms consist of two separate toilets and an ensuite.

Bedroom one (master bedroom, ground floor):
The master bedroom is plush and private, perfect for adults. Containing a king-sized bed and another king-single bed, this room is great for those who are craving comfort and style while also providing the convenience of an extra bed if needed. Cosy up in bed and watch a movie on the smart TV or simply bask in the beauty of the outdoors from the comfort of your sheets. Glass sliding doors in this room showcase the idyllic water vistas, inviting the tranquility of waterfront living into the ambiance of the home.
Ensuite: Elegant and exquisite, this ensuite is complete with a walk-in steam shower, a double vanity, a toilet and a romantic bathtub.
Bedroom two (ground floor):
Complete with a queen sized bed, this room is styled tastefully and features a mirrored wardrobe.
The ground floor also features a double garage for guest use. Fitted out with a kitchenette and bar, this garage provides another great separate spot for guests to utilise. This space also contains a toilet and sink.
Upstairs you will find the final three bedrooms, one of which is classified as a shared space that doubles as another living area as well as a bedroom.
Bedroom three (shared space: living room + bedroom):
Open in design, this space is situated at the top of the stairs and features two comfortable single beds. Equipped with a smart TV, this space acts as a secluded retreat room for kids or adults alike. Offering plenty of seating to sit back and relax, this living room extends out to a beautiful balcony. Coffee in hand, soak up the serenity of the river from the comfort of the hanging egg chair on this balcony.
Bedroom four:
Let the sound of lapping waves and the sight of the sunrise over the water wake you from your slumber in bedroom four. Complete with a king-sized bed, this room offers another great space to soak up the serenity of the river while never having to even leave the comfort of your bed.
Bedroom five:
Furnished with two single beds, this room is styled to perfection and contains a ceiling fan and mirrored wardrobe.
Separating bedroom four and five is bathroom three.
Bathroom three: Large, luxurious shower, vanity and separate shower.
The outdoors of this home is definitely a highlight as it features a private pontoon. Start your day with a sunrise paddle board or a yoga session by the waters edge. With kayaks and paddle boards provided, you’ll be spoilt for choice in how you choose to spend your time at this picturesque property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as secure garage parking for two cars. There is space to park up to four cars on the driveway as well as free street parking. Make use of the private pontoon where you can launch any of the provided stand up paddle boards or kayaks into the sparkling river.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in a quiet, residential street, this home is the definition of peace and tranquility. Bask in the beauty of the Maroochy river where the only sounds you’ll hear are the lapping of waves and the chirp of seagulls. You are a few minutes drive to the Ocean Street dining precinct, a 8 min drive to Cotton Tree beach, 5 minute drive to sunshine plaza and a short drive to Mooloolaba.
Getting Around:
Airport shuttles can get you there from both Brisbane and Maroochydore. It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
