The Space:

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for spending time together. Sink into the generous chaise lounge with your favourite movie on the Smart TV, enjoy a leisurely breakfast around the dining table before heading to the beach, or gather for a home-cooked dinner after a day outdoors. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, providing everything needed to prepare anything from a quick coffee to family meals with ease.



Sliding doors open onto a private courtyard, creating a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read in the sunshine, or wind down with an evening drink. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a calm retreat with a king bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and private ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen bed with built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air-conditioning, while the third bedroom includes a single bed with a pull-out trundle, wardrobe, study desk, ceiling fan, and air-conditioning, offering a flexible space for children, friends, or anyone needing a quiet place to rest.



The ensuite features a shower, vanity, and toilet, while the main bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, along with a separate toilet for added convenience. Downstairs, the laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, sink, and powder room. A secure garage makes coming and going easy, whether you're heading to the beach, exploring nearby cafés, or discovering more of the Sunshine Coast.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire two storey townhouse and single garage, plus plenty of free street parking.

There are local bus services that operate close by should you need it, the home is approximately a 1 minute walk (150m) to Kalinda Ave and Pettigrew St bus stop where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Kawana.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
