Located on River Esplanade, overlooking the beautiful Mooloolaba Marina Riverdance Apartments are the perfect choice for your next Sunshine Coast Holiday! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-con throughout , full kitchen & laundry everything has been thought so you can sit back & relax, let’s not forget the large balcony with water views WOW.The Wharf Mooloolaba is located over the road where you are spoilt for choice of restaurants and venues or stroll up to the Mooloolaba Esplanade for more choices.

Unit 8 Configuration:
First Floor Up- River and Pool Views
Mater Bedroom- King Bed + En-suite (With Spa)
2nd Bedroom –King Bed or Guest can separate to make 2x (Long) single beds (extra linen provided)
3rd Bedroom- 2x (Long) Single Beds or Guest can Zip together to make a King bed (extra linen provided)
(Occupancy 6x people total)
-Secure underground garage and lift access to all apartments means you can safely lock the car up and easily walk to everywhere in Mooloolaba.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment, 1x undercover car space.
Check in is at the Holiday Mooloolaba Office located at the Wharf Mooloolaba - NOT ON SITE MANAGEMENT
**Please make note of renovations happening in the building from March - Dec 2025.
The Neighborhood:
The Wharf Mooloolaba is located directly over the road where you are spoilt for choice of restaurants and venues or stroll up to the famous Mooloolaba beach or the Mooloolaba Esplanade for more dining and café choices. Perhaps some boutique shopping too.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to everywhere in Mooloolaba.
Public transport also available at end of street.
Air port- 15 Minutes Drive
Noosa- 45 Minutes Drive North
Brisbane- 1hrs Drive south
Other Things to Note:
🔹 Rates: Stay for 7 or more nights and enjoy 10% off the standard rate. Stay for 21 or more nights and receive a 20% discount — with rates automatically adjusted at the time of booking.
🔹 Linen, bath towels, and essentials are provided, including a starter pack of toiletries & kitchen basics. (For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend bringing extra supplies.)
🔹PLEASE BE AWARE - We do require a pre-authorisation for this property of $200.00. This is taken at the time of check-in using a credit card or debit card. This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages.
