What a view! An absolute waterfront unit overlooking the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and Golden Beach.
This unit is located only a short distance to the patrolled area of Bulcock Beach, CBD, Stockland Shopping Centre, & the boardwalk with its free BBQ facilities.
There is an excellent range of dining-out options available nearby too. Happy Valley & Kings Beach are close by and are also popular spots for swimming.You can park the car in the undercover secure parking and walk everywhere
Unit 9 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and will accommodate up to 7 guests in a Queen, bunk bed and 2 single beds and another single day bed in the lounge. It has a comfy interior for you to laze the day away while you enjoy watching the passing parade of watercrafts in the passage below - Sailboats, kite surfers, paddleboarders as well as the shipping lanes in the distance. The sunrise's and sunsets in this position are simply stunning.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.
Waterfront pool - A shared jetty which you are welcome to fish off
