ON THE WATER, FOR REAL

The home sits on deep salt water close to the ocean mouth at Point Cartwright, with a private pontoon at the bottom of the garden. Fish or drop a crab pot right from your backyard (crab pots provided), bring your own boat, jet ski or fishing rods and head straight out, or simply sit on the deck and watch the boats go by.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for big group meals, with a Nespresso machine, an air fryer, a slow cooker and a juicer on hand.

A family-sized laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a linen cupboard.

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): king bed and a double fold-out sofa bed (suits 2 children or 1 adult), ensuite with a double spa bath with massage jets and separate toilet, private balcony, study desk and TV

Downstairs
- Bedroom 2: two king single beds
- Bedroom 3: queen bed
- Bedroom 4: queen bed and a double fold-out sofa bed (suits 2 children or 1 adult)
- Living room: queen sofa bed for 2, plus two large leather couches (each sleeps 1; these are couches, not beds, and bedding is supplied)
- Garage: leather sofa bed for 1 (a sleeping spot in the garage, not a bedroom)

There are 2 bathrooms for the whole house, so bigger groups may want to stagger morning showers.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have the whole house, pool, yard, deck and pontoon. The owners keep one small boat tied to the pontoon year-round; it is not for guest use, so please leave it as you find it.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Bedding is supplied for every sleeping spot, including the couches.
- Holiday home only, not an event venue: no parties, events or outside guests.
- The pool and canal are close by, so children must be supervised near water at all times.
