«I really appreciate it how kind the staff were and how efficient they were when it came to issues that I experienced during my trip. Unfortunately when I got to my room there was hair in the towels in the shower and weird stains on the bed when I got moved to a new room there were weird stains on the bed. Finally my third room there were still a couple stains on the top sheet, so we ended up changing all of the bedding and it was clean and fresh with no issues. I will have to say that the staff ...

«From the moment we walked in staff was inviting and friendly. My crew travels to Kelowna on a regular basis and we will definitely stay here again.
Location was perfect, short 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Breakfast included was amazing!! I’m pretty sure they might need a new espresso machine after we used that bad boy in the lobby multiple times a day lol
