«Customer service was ok, they moved us to the room in front of the elevator and next to some ice machine. I had a dog, so he was on alert all the time. We ended up moving to another room.

«This property was great! I would stay again and I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to dig in the housekeepers closet to find an extra blanket and pillow for us. So friendly!
The hotel room was very clean, lots of towels provided. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of options! The breakfast room was so clean! Convenient restrooms right across from the breakfast room. Great property! »

«This place was not ready to be open. They had nothing in the room, no chairs no proper phone. They don’t even have a duvet cover. They just use two top sheets with the duvet in between there was no hot water all the amenities pool fitness centre are shut down and they didn’t let you know that also I was the only one staying in the whole hotel with one other worker the vibes were horrible. I ended up leaving at 9:30 PM.»

«Everything that I had read about the excellence of the hosts on other reviews was absolutely true. Alfonso helped us with our luggage and was very thorough in explaining all the check-in details. The room was very clean with a few added amenities to make us feel welcome and the made-to-order breakfast was delightful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.»
