The Space

The Narrows is a spacious three-level coastal retreat designed for families and groups looking to enjoy Summerland's relaxed beach lifestyle. Guests have exclusive access to the top two levels of the home, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two comfortable living rooms, a game room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and multiple outdoor spaces. The upper level includes the primary king suite, a queen bedroom, a cozy sunroom lounge, and an oceanview deck, while the main level offers the bunk room, trundle room, game room, kitchen, dining, and living areas. Outside, enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for pets and gatherings, along with a private jacuzzi for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Please note: This home has a unique, beach-house style layout and is one of Chosen's original homes. The main living room and one rear bedroom on the first floor are accessed through one of the bathrooms. Additionally, the rear bedroom does not have a door, creating a more open floor plan that may not be ideal for guests seeking complete privacy.

Disclosures
The lower level is a completely separate Airbnb with its own private entrance and designated outdoor space. You may occasionally see other guests coming and going, but there are no shared interior living spaces.
This home has a charming beach shack feel and reflects the character of an older coastal property. While it is clean and well maintained, it does have a few quirks.
The newer screen doors can occasionally come off their tracks if opened forcefully. Please use them gently.
Some of the original window panes are older and may not operate as smoothly as newer windows.
The large mature tree in the backyard naturally drops leaves and debris throughout the year despite regular maintenance.
As an older coastal home, the exterior shell and certain finishes show their age, adding to the authentic charm and character of the property.

They're comfortable, clean, and cared for — just don't expect the polished, high-end finish of our luxury and wellness homes. Come for the location, the laid-back beach-house feel, and the value.
