«This fantastical residence is the perfect place for a true relaxing vacation. The home is exceptionally clean with a great cooks kitchen. Wifi was excellent. The true magic of this property is the large screened back patio overlooking the multi level docks on the river. Fishing was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is a short 10-15 minute drive. This property has now become our go to choice for future stays in the area. 5 stars.»

The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. «Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.»

«The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions.
