«Older property that seems to be recently renovated. Nicely done. You can swing your bass boat here pretty easily after one practice session. Traffic is heavy but if you wait for a nearby traffic light change you will eventually get in with ease. Very close to the road. So kinda noisy. But if you are like me after a day of fishing sleep overwhelms traffic noise. This property is extremely close to the venetian garden boat ramp. So your morning isn’t spent driving a distance to drop your boat in ...

«Everything was clean and as advertised!! Modern appliances. Excellent communication with Bill, the property manager. Only a 2 hour float to Swampy’s. The convenience of the dock on the river can’t be beat!! Thanks for a refreshing long weekend slice of Rainbow River paradise!!»

«Super nice! They thought of everything! A small matter of a mistake in the listing was quickly and thoughtfully resolved. The time we were there was super hot, so the spacious, nicely equipped lanai was out of the question! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck and the dock, watching birds, etc! Thank you@»

«Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.»

«The good 1st; we had the corner “cabin” and the views were awesome & took a lot of photos. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen was sufficiently appointed. However…. the place was dirty, we had to clean the bathtub & it was a pity to have such a nice view with filthy windows. Also the internet rarely worked! Not a charming cabin but a trailer in a trailer park»

«Gammel hytte, idyllisk . Ser veldig slitt ut utvendig, men bedre inne. Alt man trenger finnes. Eieren Chris var fantasi , ordnet sykler og forklarte om sykkelstier. Utrolig fint å sykkle. Vi hadde mulighet til å ro og låne kano, men vi er litt for engstelig for alligatorer til å ta sjansen på det. Stille og rolig. Bildene lyver litt. Ser bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Gode senger.»
