The kitchen, which was open to guests, had dirty dishes and pots and pans in the sink the whole time. The kitchen counter was loaded with stuff. The front room, where checkin took place was a mess -- the desk area for the attendant had clothes on the floor and various items on the floor. The property had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay in Washington DC and the location was excellent! I only had to take a short bus ride down to the National Mall, which served as a great bonus to the location. The property felt safe and I could come and go as I needed.»
