«We boat on Lake Shelbyville and the property is very close to a ramp. House was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked! Several extra amenities! The garage was an A+ with the extra fridge, grill and utensils. The only thing that I could pick at was the lawn desperately needed to be cut and the firepit was in a weird location on the side of the driveway. Nothing to not want to stay again! I would definitely return!!»

«This property was well represented in pictures, spotless clean and worked out very well. We had also rented a larger home in Arthur that was "home base" so this was basically used for sleeping and showering. No meals were prepared here although it appeared the kitchen was well supplied although it did not have a dishwasher. The washer and dryer in the basement could be a bit inconvenient for some. This house was perfect for what we needed this week as an "annex" with more room for our family.»

We were in town for my son's wedding and this was perfect for us and our adult kids/spouses etc. The furnishings are beautiful and this well appointed space had everything we needed. «18 cousins gathered for a reunion with our 93 year old aunt for the first time in over two decades. Although only eight people stayed at the house, it was the perfect gathering spot for our large group. The deck, the dock, inside, outside - so much room to visit in small or large groups. And all the special extras Kenn and Wendy provided were above and beyond. They were attentive, responsive, and had gone the extra mile to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. «We stayed for two nights at this beautiful property and we enjoyed it very much!! The owners made check in and check out so easy. The place was spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped (we cooked breakfast and one dinner here) and although only five of our family stayed here (we rented another smaller home for the other three) we ate our meals together and the large dining room table for 8 was so comfortable. Our grandsons loved the back yard and loved playing with the provided wiffle ball ...

«Everything inside was 5 star. The accommodations fit our family perfectly. The outside decks I felt were hazardous, the back upper deck and the bottom deck. We were warned about the lower deck. We didn't use those areas at all. The outside maintenance such as the gutters and windows needed cleaning. We did use the lower side deck and enjoyed that. We did not speak to our need the property manager.»
