We were 4 Seniors and found it quite difficult to enter/exit the building, particularly, with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. The overall property is tired and warn. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could benefit from additional cutlery. We visit Sudbury regularly but will not rent this place again unless it goes through an upgrade.»
