«Our family enjoyed 2 nights on Skye which were a much needed rest during our trip exploring Scotland. The space was warm, clean and cozy. We played games watched movies and cooked meals. Generally just slowing down for a full day. It was lovely, thank you Lorraine.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner greeted us when we arrived to see if we needed anything, and was very hospitable. The property was clean and well stocked. The layout of the rooms was perfect and comfortable. The location was great for sightseeing around Skye. »

«Your croft cottage is just perfect in every respect. The peace and tranquility of the location and comfortable accommodation is so enhanced by all your beautiful touches. A wonderful home for our week, with cycling and walking straight from the door. We've loved sitting and watching the many birds in your garden. Thank you Siobhan - we may well be back one day!»

«We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. »

«My wife and I spent 3 nights at Hugh's Highland Hideaway as the centerpiece of our 12 day Scotland vacation. What rare a special place. The cottage is surrounded my meadows and grazing sheep set againast beautiful green mountain slopes behind. Inside it's very well kept and clean with updated heaters, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was especially impressive with everything we needed to cook our meals every morning and evening. Very close to Storr and The Quiraing we hiked both and made it ...

«Objekt und Lage wie in Anzeige beschrieben, Sehr schön, super ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr gute Idee mit dem Feldstecher in der Küche und dem Vogelbestimmungsbuch. Eine schöne Beschäftigung bei Ebbe. Den Ofen haben wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz nicht angefeuert bekommen. Wegen der Heizung war es aber trotzdem warm. Übergabe war ohne persönlichen Kontakt, was wir schade fanden.»

"Dette hotellet er ganske nedslitt, og alt for dyrt i forhold til til standarden. Rommet var fuktig og alle lyder fra rommet over var lett hørbare. Maten i restauranten var til dels smakløs og lite tiltrekkende. Omgivelsene rundt hotellet er ikke attraktive."
