Slovenský raj (Slovak Paradise) is a national park in central Slovakia between Poprad and Spišská Nová Ves. Photo was taken at the first waterfall on the Suchá Belá (dry white) gorge, which is the most popular of the 8 gorges that are open to the public. Over a distance of 4 km, a series of ladders and metal walkways provide access to the gorge, whilst minimising the human impact. Best to start your hike early if you want to avoid the crowds. From we entered the door at the hotel until we left the service and facilities was 10/10. The spa is amazing and the food and wine in the restaurant is high class. We are looking forward to come back soon!

This was a really nice place with spectacular view from the balcony. The only 2 pain points were parking in the garage was very tight and no AC in room . We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes ...

Dobsinska Ice Cave was discovered on 15 June 1870 by a royal mining engineer Eugen Ruffinyi, accompanied by G. Lang and Andrej Mega, though the entrance was known from time immemorial by shepherds and hunters as Studená diera (Cold Hole). The cave was opened to the public one year after its discovery. Magic winter at Dedinky. Fresh snow at cemetery, train passing by the sunset light, village and mountains in the background. This is one of my most favourite images I took, To get similar composition just go to the cemetery near Dobsinska Masa, wait for the train and shoot :). Few time a year there are also nostalgic train rides so plan well and you can photograph this location with locomotives :) #bvsblue
