This magnificent two-room apartment is close to public transport such as the "Porte de l'Hopital" tram stop for lines A and D, just 600m away on foot, as well as the "Saint Thomas Finwiller" bus stop for lines 10, N1 and N3, a few hundred meters away. You will also be able to quickly access major roads for your car trips (the Petite France public car park offers subscriptions at a preferential rate).
The district is dynamic and full of centers of interest, with numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cultural places. You will be in the immediate vicinity of Strasbourg Cathedral, Place Kléber and the Museum of Fine Arts, as well as universities and major schools such as Sciences Po Strasbourg or the University of Strasbourg. This 65m² apartment has a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle. The living/dining room area is equipped with a sofa and a television for your entertainment as well as a dining area. A bedroom with a double bed will give you a good night's sleep. A bathroom with toilet bath completes the apartment. A washing machine is also at your disposal so you can do your laundry at your convenience

The whole apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
- cleaning will be done,
- the beds will be made with clean sheets,
- clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat per bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen,

Bed and bathroom linen are provided on arrival, as well as standard cleaning at the end of your stay. You can also benefit from a complete apartment cleaning service on request during your stay or change of linen. These services are extra and require prior reservation.

House Rule:

This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €120 cleaning costs.

Animals are strictly prohibited.

This accommodation is reserved for people eligible for the mobility lease (When the lease begins, the tenant must be in one of the following situations: Professional training, Higher studies, Apprenticeship contract, Internship, Voluntary commitment within the framework of a civic service, professional transfer, or temporary mission within the framework of professional activity).
You will be asked for proof when signing the lease, and an entry and exit inventory will be carried out.
