«This was a perfect stay in Tulum! The hotel doesn’t have that many rooms, the staff was excellent, especially the lady in the receptions, she was very welcoming! We really liked that we could walk just 20 meters to the beach. There is a night club next door, but we weren’t bothered by the music at all! Would recommend this hotel to a friend on their visit to Tulum! We were leaving later in the day and were able to store our luggage in the meantime!
The beach had nice sunbeds where we spent ...

«Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.»

«An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way!
My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding.
One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort. ...

«The Beach is beautifully set on the beach in Tulum. When we first arrived, it felt like we had found a piece of paradise! The rooms are large and decorated in a minimalistic, eco-chic style, I especially appreciated the hammocks on the terrace. We had a room on the ground floor with direct access to the beach, which was perfect. Sadly the rest of the experience wasn't just as perfect. The A/C is only turned on from 7 pm - 7 am, and it hardly works during this time. Most of the guests we talked ...

«Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something. ...

«Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the ...
